Fire Damage Remediation.

The building to the left was a theater we cleaned from smoke and soot damage from a fire from the building next door.

Structure fires occur every 23 seconds according to the National Fire Protection Association.  If a fire happens in your home or your property, there are several things you need to know.  Fire Damage is the physical damage to property due to burning.  This does not always mean that your home or property has caught on fire. This is a recent smoke and soot Damage SERVPRO of Manchester was called in to remediate.  This theater did not catch directly on fire but was heavily affected with smoke and soot damage. We ran air scrubbers throughout the theater to help with air quality while we were cleaning the entire structure with dry sponges, washed all windows and cleaned all floors.  We also upholstery cleaned all seats to the theater in little over a week as the theater was a business and still had to run shows and plays that tickets were already sold for.
